Conditions of stay:
Prices include: VAT, water, heating, electricity, bed and bath linen, daily cleaning (except Thursday) of bathroom and rooms (kitchen not included); weekly fresh bath linen, final cleaning, WI-FI connection, ski room with boot dryer, bike depot;

PARKING: 1 parking lot for each apartment available

CHECK-IN: from 3 pm to 7 pm at our Chalets in San Cassiano

CHECK-OUT: on departure day we kindly ask to leave the apartment by 9.30 am

Cancellation policy:

(according to the General Terms and Conditions of the Hotel Industry AGBH 2006)

If the cancellation is communicated 90 days before arrival: the deposit will be refunded up to 80%;
If the cancellation is communicated between 90 and 30 days before arrival: 40% of the total price is charged;
If the cancellation is communicated between 30 and 9 days before arrival: 70% of the total price is charged;
Less than 8 days before arrival, late arrivals, lower number of guests, early departures or no-show: 90% of the total price is charged;
In case of late arrival, early departure the total price of the reservation will be billed.

Travel insurance:
We recommend you to contact your insurance company and insure your journey against cancellation, early termination or late arrival.
